Sales and Marketing Intern

Purpose: Coordinate activities and provide graphics support for various marketing initiatives. Provide administrative and technical support to outside Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Develop custom sales support and value proof documents and materials including sell sheets and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
• Execute updates to the various Merchants websites.
• Create, manage and grow business presence across social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Schedule weekly social media activities and post using Hootsuite.
• Assist in the development of various content marketing pieces by conducting interviews with subject matter experts, drafting whitepapers, and following industry news and trends to improve the relevance of our materials.
• Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports regarding social media and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve those metrics through testing new initiatives.
• Build out campaign pages and forms using Salesforce and Pardot.
• Produce and deploy email campaigns.
• Load lead and mailing lists to Salesforce and Pardot and manage lead distribution for inbound leads.
• Assist in administering sales campaigns and contests.
• Provide internal graphic support for department efforts and support other departments as needed.
• Lead various special projects as determined by Marketing Manager and/or Assoc Director of Sales Administration.
• Participate in and help facilitate the Merchants Brand Advocacy group and various charitable projects.
• Provide logistics support for various industry trade-shows.
• Coordinate ordering activity for promotional materials.
• Represent Merchants in a professional manner at industry functions attended.
• Prudently manage business expenditures incurred while conducting job responsibilities.
• Respond fully and promptly to requests from management for detailed information regarding active prospects, client reviews, industry intelligence, etc. as may be requested from time to time.
• Assist Sales Executives in mining the CRM system for appointment scheduling to ensure productive travel.
• Participate in and provide written responses to commercial and government RFPs.

Core Skills:

• A college degree or enrollment in a Marketing/Graphics or Communications degree program
• Strong experience with MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Strong verbal and written skills are required with a wide range of levels up to and including “C” level personnel
• Ability to learn and utilize proprietary company software and on-line web based tools employed by the company
• Effective negotiating and presentation skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with a creative eye.
• Proficiency in social media applications and metrics.

Education Requirements:

Victory Women of Vision Summer Intern

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The VWV Summer Intern will work with the Victory Women of Vision Founder & President and Advisory Board to support completion of a three-year strategic plan. The Intern will contribute to information gathering, data analysis, developing a strategy for marketing and messaging using social media, and assisting with outreach to members of the immigrant and refugee community in greater Manchester.

The VWV Summer Internship will benefit anyone interested in learning about and contributing to the following areas of expertise:

♣ Community-based support for immigrants and refugees;
♣ Nonprofit strategic planning (process and tools);
♣ Information gathering and data analysis;
♣ Communications/Messaging and marketing materials;
♣ Leadership skill development; and
♣ Fund development strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The VWV Summer Intern will carry out the following tasks that contribute to completion of a three-year strategic plan by the VWV President and Advisory Board in September 2017.

♣ Review a comparison/contrast chart and gather information on two or three additional organizations that serve the immigrant and refugee community.
♣ Assist with development of VWV messaging and marketing materials, including a brochure, project descriptions, and information for posting on social media.

♣ Assist with setting up forms in Word and Excel that VWV will use to track information when assisting individuals and families with addressing issues and to track progress with fund development.

♣ Develop a calendar that VWV can use to schedule and promote upcoming workshops and trainings.

♣ Conduct interviews and/or assist with focus groups with members of the immigrant and refugee community to gather quotes that can be used in VWV’s materials.

♣ Report to the Founder & President of VWV and the Advisory Board; receive guidance from the consultant working on the VWV strategic plan.

QUALIFICATIONS
VWV seeks a high school graduate, college student, or recent college graduate who is interested in nonprofit organizational development and/or communications to support this summer project. Immigrants and refugees are encouraged to apply. If an experienced professional is interested in volunteering for this summer position, we welcome your interest as well. Qualifications:

About Us:

FlowTraq is a high-performance network monitoring, security and forensic software tool that speeds up incident triage in the Security Operations Center and detects anomalies in network traffic that are typical of hacker behavior. Our tool is used by CISOs, Network Engineers and Security professionals worldwide.

Position Description:

Pitch local and national media and learn how to use your savvy social media skills to gain the attention of reporters and bloggers. Get creative with outreach campaigns to customers and prospects.

In coordination with the Director of Marketing and collaboration among your fellow interns, you will be assigned one to three projects, along with some additional recurring tasks.

This position is available for an immediate start; the internship is up for renewal at the end of each semester.

Qualifications:

Enrolled in a degreed program at an accredited college or university; maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0; must be considered an undergraduate junior or senior. Or someone looking to re-enter the workforce or change careers.

Some office experience; must be organized, flexible, resourceful, reliable, detail-oriented.

Have reliable transportation into the Manchester, NH office. Some work may be completed remotely.

Be able to use your personal laptop at the office.

Sign a non disclosure agreement.

Ability to follow-through and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task to meet all deadlines

Position Description:

Do you like to dig into data and see what actions people take to get to a website? Gather interesting findings about our current audience and their buyer journey. Your findings will support A/B testing. Google Analytics experience is preferred.
